Deadlines Introduced for New NHS Continuing Healthcare Assessments During 2004-2012
The deadlines apply to previously un-assessed periods of care from 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2012. Individuals should contact their local Primary Care Trust Continuing Healthcare Team for further information (www.nhs.uk) or click here for further details.
