The Duty to publish equality information
Equality underpins our decisions as a commissioning organisation. From 31st January 2012, public organisations – including NHS Trusts – are required to publish information which shows they are meeting the requirements of the Equality Act 2010. A Dementia Vision for Dudley
By 2013 all people with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of Dementia will access an integrated, seamless, proactive and high quality locality based service that encompasses all the expertise to meet the needs of the people with Dementia and those of their carers.

Carers will receive appropriate assessment of their needs, support, education and respite breaks.
